Dr. Baastrup grew up in Scandinavia and moved to the United States to study chiropractic. After receiving his Doctorate, he moved to Alaska and has practiced there ever since. He specializes in Sports Chiropractic and Rehabilitation, Kinesio-taping, and Impulse-adjusting technique. He has a love for helping others and has made it his life mission to help people through chiropractic care. He has volunteered at many world sporting events such as IronMan-Kona, World Games and Artic Winter Games. His hobbies include outdoor activities: hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, sailing, skiing, scuba diving, photography as well as karate. He is a contributing author in a patient chiropractic pediatrics text and has promoted health and proper exercises for years. He is an avid traveler and has visited 40 countries around the world as well as 40 out of the 50 United States.
