Laura Bruch Armstrong

Soul Play Vision:Consulting and Online Academic Campus, CEO
What matters most is how we show up for ourselves and others, how to be good stewards of the spaces in which we spend time, and how we choose to use our hearts, minds, and souls to be our best version of ourselves. By getting curious about our best-lived life, we engage our souls, our sense of play, forgiveness, and adventure. Joseph Campbell references our leaning into our curious nature in his Hero's Journey and Following our Bliss soul's purpose. As we move away from Covid's impact, how will you choose to wake up to your Soul Play Journey?

Knowledge is power. I am a teacher, a student of life, an athlete, and a mother. I am a change-agent, a collaborator, a dreamer, and a doer. I am a steward and a best-friend.

When we get out of our own way (head), and treat ourselves as our own best friend (heart), we tap into a heart-centered, soul-play life that matters. There is no greater gift than to be able to move from our heart and soul.

Laura Bruch Armstrong
Laura Bruch Armstrong lives in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, surrounded by love. She is a life-long student, teacher, tutor, and life coach dedicated to helping others fully realize themselves and their innate life potential, or ‘best-lived lives’ as she calls them. Starting her teaching career in Richmond, Virginia, Laura accomplished much in only five years there, including opening a new high school, creating multiple award-winning programs, and nurturing students who consistently won the highest honors. Relocating to Fairfax, Virginia, just outside of Washington, D.C., she continued her teaching career and began entering endurance competitions. As a resident of Steamboat Spring for the past 15 years, Laura has continued to pursue her own best-lived life, following her ‘what if’ motto, and guiding her family and community toward their own self-realization. She currently is earning her doctorate at the University of Denver, in Higher Education Leadership, with an emphasis in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Her dissertation is on Leadership Energy and Language, and she hopes to incorporate data on female leaders into her final findings. Laura established Soul Play Vision Consulting and Online Academic Campus to support those seeking to shape their own best-lived lives.
