Kelly has loved business since she was a little kid pretending her Barbies ran the grocery store, swimming pool club, or medical office her friends’ Barbies went to. In real life, Kelly has had a diverse career in operations, human resources, and marketing. She brings her unique business background and love of business to companies interested in their culture and leadership practices.
Kelly is also an adjunct professor and executive coach for Rockhurst University’s MBA and Executive MBA programs, a member of Forbes Coaches Council, and author.
On a personal note, Kelly is married to Bob, an Air Force veteran and retired fire captain. They live in Kansas City with their dog, Bebe. They enjoy spending time with their daughter in Montana, gathering with family in Kansas City and Pittsburgh, and cheering for Notre Dame football, Pittsburgh Penguins hockey, and Kansas City’s Royals and Chiefs. Kelly’s volunteer activities center around children, education, women, and dogs.
